For example: X to diving parry, B to catch, A to save with your feet, etc etc. Seems he 'auto dives' without any button presses needed and constantly parries it infront of the other attacker for a goal.

2 strikers in my box, 1 goes to the left side of the goal and the other is in the centre of the box, me as the keeper covers the left side where the guy with the ball is. He shoots and i dive and parry it bang infront of the other attacker and he wont stand up fast enough to get the 2nd shot. All of that with what seems auto diving animation. I'm hacking away at buttons and sprint to try and catch it and then get up off the floor fast enough for the rebound but nothing. Happens for every single goal. Also, where is the option/button configuration to use your hands when sliding out to take it from the attackers feet and hold it?

Only seem to be able to press B to do a normal slide tackle with my feet. Thanks for your help anyway mate.
