I have made 5 recordings on my iphone using the app QuickVoice. After following all the proper synching procedures, making sure I have current software, I have had no luck getting them to download to my imac. It looks like it's downloading then says '0 files imported.' The company has not responded to my questions and I really need to get these recordings downloaded and saved for transcriptions. Any ideas for a work-around?
