My performance has been comparatively terrible given my graphics settings, at least when comparing to GTA V, which I run maxed other than anti-aliasing at 1080p and get around 40-60fps. I have a 960m 4GB GDDR5, a middling card sure, but fairly new, was disappointed to see that I was struggling with this game, sometimes dipping below 20fps just walking around.

Interestingly enough, I used to have a MacBook Pro with a Radeon HD 6750, a comparably much poorer performer, and I remember running the game about the same. Not sure if any of this is related to Windows 10 but the PC SR wiki mentions AMD Low fps issues as well. I might just be screwed. Not seeing any difference from 720 to 1080p either.
